Me along with a few new recruits joined last year with the hope of working in a fast paced start up. The work life goes for a toss. There was hardly anything to like, apart from a few colleagues with whom made life time memories.

...g told about our layoff and we could even process that, our systems were locked. We could harldy even have a copy of our pay slips. 4. We were working on urgent deadlines, weekends were all blocked and suddenly the crazy leadership thought that they do not need us and our role is not required, and was laid off. 5. There is a lot of partial behaviour and the senior leaders are biased. They love the buttering people and give all the decision making powers to them. 6. Please do not join, or if you are joining keep giving interviews as they will suddely kick you out of the job.

...e let you showing up your inner skills and and helps yoylu to perform better .. salary and appraisal is not so impressive but overall provides you best security for your job and growth ...environment is quiet good and more over heads of the company are so good and really appreciable .

there is not much that i hate..but only one thing i just want them to improve is salary and appraisal .

Very low salary for DCM staff, iam working in 10 years but take home salary 23000 /- only. .. Note. My emp code is 23141 Hr removed the system without priyor information... HO pls consider about that

without any reason they deduct the salary of the delivery boys and after sending the mail it is found out that it was deducted by mistake from finance team and they get it refunded and this is their process every month.

Salary comes on time last day of month.

...Old people are saved as working for 5+ years. No promotion around 2℅ increment . If any theft occurs ur salary we will make sure it deducts from it. Meaningless and pointless meetings are taken after our Duty bother us for 3 to 4 hours. Will change shifts for no reason. Every 6 months need to find job. Being targetted as above for leaving premises.
