Lots of poli in company career growth is very low only selected person promoted.i join 2018 now 2022 my salary growth just 500 rupees in 4 yr.

Working on good atmosphere, all team members are very supporting. A good company. No salary issues facing in this company.

There is a lots of politics and the higher management doesn't address properly lower level's issue.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a national client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day
