Company politics, Top layer management is just listening to few people, They just blind with words, they can not see hardwork.. They want just "yes sir" people Down layer is far far far isolated from the top management bcz mid layer is full of politics..

team work is very good, training not bad also,but don't have job security can be fired any time, career growth is bit higher, salary increment is yearly with favoritism

It gives you all opportunities to grow. Even if my colleagues are from various cultural back-ground, we work happily with collaboration. Flexibility gives your mind space to work at your comfort but yes goals must be achieved on time.
