There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Management is not good. the culture was good previously but now its extremely bad. Job security is also less as if you do no satisfy your bosses ego then they can throw you out in many ways.

Right now many people come BPO they don't understand the captive work culture. BPO manager looks to be worked as worker contractor. They need to understand captive work culture is cool delivery are meant to be delivered but other than that it's cool.

You have enough time to prepare for GMAT or any other competitive exam.

Poor workforce. Developers don’t understand code. Being an architect your opinion is just onion thrown into dustbin. People are not given respect and values. Poor culture. Directors in Bangalore office don’t have decisions making skill n power.

The positive work environment! It immediately gives you a sense of belonging. The job security as well is something which many company don’t offer

Growth in terms of career and compensation is very slow and poor. Very minimal allowance.
