Analytics manager Tony Augustine kakkanattu is very worst manager. He is micromanaging n harasses people. He drinks 🍻 and come to office and use abusive language. He does lot of partiality between keralities and non keralities. Worst person every hard to work with such people

Sudden policy changes in terms of bonus and promotion. No intimation, bonus will come with lockin or retention clause, that was not communicated early. Policy changes based on their wish.
