...wrong people, like non-SAP experienced managers and in-experienced Consultants. Also the cost cutting is one more reason for wrong people in the team, genuine consultants will be costly as always in-experienced people are not so.

Analytics manager Tony Augustine kakkanattu is very worst manager. He is micromanaging n harasses people. He drinks 🍻 and come to office and use abusive language. He does lot of partiality between keralities and non keralities. Worst person every hard to work with such people

Dislikes

You get good package at the start of your career at ecolab but later they give you average 5% hike. Support engineers have to work like donkey here. Growth is extremely slow. So if you are joining at Ecolab, ask for higher package.

Worst company I have ever seen.. Pl don't join in this company. It is product based based company with minimum people.. They will fire immediately if they don't have requirement, waste company ... Only ladies will rule with no knowledge
