Senior management, HR & Admin dept : worst and inexperienced people handling the company Never ever take a job here even if this is the last option, you might get severe anxiety attacks ruining mental and physical health they force you to work even when your severely sick. Design studio is worst at ecofirst. No wonder why they are not growing despite being a TATA SUBSIDIARY.

the senior management over here is terrible they need to get updated with their skills and learn leadership . Management here will only dodge everything on them and pass it on you. the company lacks infrastructure , communication skills not even the senior management can transfer information without mistakes and after making mistakes they will blame it on their juniors . Sirf naam ka tata he na ethics he na morals he na guts he .SENIOR MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!!!!

Dislikes

Worst higher level management. No streamline of work. Politics. No work from home for all the employees (limited to few seniors only). No salary increment as per your contribution to work. Zero work life balance.

I thought its a Tata company so was excited to work for it but later i realized that its a start up owned by Tata with no facilities or comfort provided to employees , the company cribs for every resource and only tried to use minimum resources for max out put

I joined this firm on contract. Then I performed for 6 months in a project. After seeing my performance not only they awarded me best performer, but also I was made permanent employee. This company respects all hardworking people. They never harass employee. I love working with company. Only they expect taking responsibility of work and getting job done with coordinations from client. Those who are found indisciplined don’t have any place here.
