...ent, they tell to work till the end of contract period even though you are sick. They will not give WFH, even though they give WFH under emergency condition they will cut your salary by 30%. No benefits for temporary employees. They will tell to complete your work even though you are dying. They will tell to do work of almost 2 persons but no apprisal. Late sitting in office is valued than efficient work.

There is nothing to like about this company with biased management

...oyees can't voice out their concerns. Management always listens to the managers. Low salary

Nothing except that it's in a fancy building. I wouldn't not say that the whole Ecocert Group is bad. But Ecocert India is definitely not a good place for someone who wants job security.

Terrible management. They follow hire and fire. People join and leave the company just like that.

Good food and outing. Supporting manager Good for learning and gaining experience.

Dislikes

Heavy work allocation, Unnecessary pressure building tactics, Managers not have enough work. Its a call center not feel like an MNC CB. North indians dominated and maharashtra people get more previlages. Mysterious work atmosphere, unethical and irrational maagerial culture.

Being more partial with the employees , if employees are not required by the company they just harassment with words and make us to loose our mental peace
