Heavy work allocation, Unnecessary pressure building tactics, Managers not have enough work. Its a call center not feel like an MNC CB. North indians dominated and maharashtra people get more previlages. Mysterious work atmosphere, unethical and irrational maagerial culture.

Toxic work environment, they tell to work till the end of contract period even though you are sick. They will not give WFH, even though they give WFH under emergency condition they will cut your salary by 30%. No benefits for temporary employees. They will tell to complete your work even though you are dying. They will tell to do work of almost 2 persons but no apprisal. Late sitting in office is valued than efficient work....Read More

There is nothing to like about this company with biased management

Worst company, policies keep changing now and then, management doesn't have clear vision and unfair practices. Believes in hire and fire and employees can't voice out their concerns. Management always listens to the managers. Low salary
