At EcoBank, we work as team at the various branch levels, having regular training and retraining sessions aimed at sharpening employees' skills, competence and confidence needed to deliver on their daily task. Dislikes

Contract staffing as against core staffing. It is worrisome that the larger percentage of its workforce are predominantly contract staff who are paid far less, as against what the core staff gets as monthly salaries and other compensation packages. Career growth is further impeded, as contract staff are restricted to a particular level for a very long time. This breeds job unsatisfactoriness over a long period of time.
