Worst culture, poor skilled leadership. Groupism, unethical business practices, misuse of power and position at the cost of companies. Chinese management are totally misguided for personal gains and benefits. It needs thorough and independent investigation by external agency. Finally project got terminated by the govt.

The seniormost HR manager is a terrible human to deal with. Talks about other people in her team discussing their salaries and tells the team that shes gonna fire him/her just because they said it would take them one day to reach base office location since they were in hometown. She believes everyone should reach gurgaon withing one minute of her telling them She is so unprofessional and mean . Forces people to resign as per her own wishes no one from top management keeps a check on her due to her affair with a management guy in compny. And she is already married She likes to give bad feedback of people in verification checks just because she doesnt like them She can make people wait for their FNF for years and also refuses to give them their experience letter She is the most horrible person you will ever come across Never join this company as she has been promoted to top thanks to the management guy she has an affair with and she will not let anyone else live. This HR person will make your life hell
