...curity of job and pay. We did not face any pay cuts or job cuts during pandemic. All bonuses, allowances, salary and Diwali bonus too was rolled out in time. Our appraisal process too was not affected and all employees did receive on time appraisal (hike in salary) based on work anniversary. Infact company rolled out few additional benefits too during pandemic which was all in all cherry on cake during tough times. Thank you EClinicalWorks for wonderful experience:) feeling blessed to be part of such beautiful company who not only took care of employees but also employees family!

Dislikes

EClinicalWorks is still evolving and open to develop or learn current market practice. Lot of TMs have been associated since a decade plus, so growth/ career progression can be planned well in order to recognise their loyalty and performance

Likes

Salary on time. Good monetary benefits. Enough paid leaves for a year and no restrictions. Hybrid , WFH or office - choose yourself.

Dislikes

There are lesser opportunities to learn other modules of the product or to learn new skills.

An absolute misogynistic management (especially SAM Team) where women are offered to work, however, their is no growth; there is no appreciation, the management only promotes very few women. Women are basically treated like "She is working and getting paid. What else does she want?" This is feedback is exclusive to Atlantis office in Ahmedabad as I'm totally unaware of how the work culture is at Mumbai and Westborough. There is a set of favorites of each manager/lead (group of guys) and they are the ones who actually get good appraisals, additional responsibilities and all kinds of recognition.

Company is very nice to work depending on the team you joined Management is good Provide good salary Hybrid model work and provide laptop based on that

Most of the people need to work in us shift which may cause some health issues in longer time -no flexible hours to work and when in day light saving time you may have some difficulties
