Worked here more than 3 years. I had terrible experience with this company. Mentors and seniors do not know how to manage work. They put evey work on developer(creating documents, development,testing and Database management) . So it is not sure that you will only get development work here. On top of that, they give unrealistic dead lines which makes work hectic. I won't recommend anyone to work in this company. If anyone wants work life balance then this company is definitely not for them. If you have other offers in your hand so go with that don't choose this company.

...cellent. Work culture is superb. You'll be able to maintain work life balance. Company has a policy to pay extra money for extra hours of work on weekends. However very rarely, One would be working on weekends.

No major dislikes I can think of.

Salary on time, Diwali bonus, leave policy, transportation, medi-claim, fixed sat and sun off, free food, work culture, celebrations.

Dislikes

Salary is not as per the designation, also people with non - IT background are at higher post.

...changes from 2019. 1. Ecw is providing platform for learning new technologies 2. Financially good- expected increments , good bonus 3. Free transport + food facility 4. Has to work in US shift- 12-9

Door to door transport facility, Food facility at subsidiary rates, Average work load, 5 days week, Opportunity to visit USA about 6 months, Minimum politics though it changes team by team

Dislikes

No work from home, Less learning opportunities, over controlling by mentors; Rewards, bonus, appraisals everything depend on your mentor's reviews but that leads to unfair decisions as different mentors have different view points
