The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. My part was to handle onsite clients with latest products, coordinate, implementation and train them. It was always good to be onsite and help each client with the implementation process.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. There was no respect or helping nature from the senior management even you are senior most in the team. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I had to work on my free time during weekend or after hours for the company related work and that was not a good balance of work and life together. I always got appreciation emails from each client but never appreciated by management team but instead they discourage you saying you been doing this for a long time. I believe growth, respect and motivation matters to everyone where you go and not to look for a loop holes so their employees don't get raises every year. There is always a lack of communication department to department and they can throw you out of the bus for any reasons and blame you for example asking questions something you don't know.

Politics runs in the veins of every MNC. The upper management will always remain a challenge in large organizations. But you won't realize it much while working here. Hard work is greatly appreciated by the upper Management here.
