Company is very nice to work depending on the team you joined Management is good Provide good salary Hybrid model work and provide laptop based on that

Most of the people need to work in us shift which may cause some health issues in longer time -no flexible hours to work and when in day light saving time you may have some difficulties

Lots of micro management. Lots of favortism, leaders themselves bully team members and try to suppress team members voice, growth and abilities to perform. Team leader treats you like a slave and regularly force you to work after hours justifying it as tight deadlines instead of their poor planning. When employees do their work diligently no one cares and they make one small mistake and hell breaks out on them as if they committed huge crimes. Leaders makes you feel worthless. Employees are not allowed to work independently and they always are on mercy of leaders mood. Leader also threatens you that nothing will happen even if you complain to higher level. Woman like me doesn't feel safe even in this kind of big organizations.

Worked here more than 3 years. I had terrible experience with this company. Mentors and seniors do not know how to manage work. They put evey work on developer(creating documents, development,testing and Database management) . So it is not sure that you will only get development work here. On top of that, they give unrealistic dead lines which makes work hectic. I won't recommend anyone to work in this company. If anyone wants work life balance then this company is definitely not for them. If you have other offers in your hand so go with that don't choose this company.

...cellent. Work culture is superb. You'll be able to maintain work life balance. Company has a policy to pay extra money for extra hours of work on weekends. However very rarely, One would be working on weekends.
