...the work life balance is pretty much awesome when compared to outside companies. Compensation is something which we debate in every company and so much trouble. Job is secured and the company has completed 22 years with a good face of scope in the market.

Pros 1. Good pay 2. Free cab 3. No body will ask if you work or don't work Cons 1. No work life balance at all 2. No proper hierarchy for designation 3. Worst culture u can see Ur College life here lot gossips and silly behaviour of ppl 4. No technical work only Excel work. For that they give different designation which ll never see anywhere.
