Dislikes

... once you are done with your own work and they will make you work for 11-13 hrs. You have to extend your shift timings daily but they will not pay you extra for that. Also they force us to work on weekends as well. And they will not ever appreciate your work efforts. Useless people

• Best company to start your career in the financial field as per your preference.

  • Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

• Salary below market level. • No extra incentives despite overtime. • Work life balance is horrible. You will have to work for 12 hours straight to meet the deadline. • Management is like a nightmare. They hire APM from B-Schools with very little knowledge regarding the process and expect them to lead the team. The Reporting managers have attitude problems. • They promise to promote while leaving the job to retain the employees and fail to keep the promises blaming the HR for it.

Very poor remuneration Selection of candidate's salary structure according to Type of recruitment On campus recruitment candidate get better designation, better salary, even though they are mere freshers. Whereas lateral recruited candidates get lower salary and designation, Inspite of being experienced. Secondly yearly average increment of salary is very poor, approx 5 - 7 % maximum, unless you get promoted. Only then it will be around 10-12%

Dislikes

Company is over all good, they need to do some market correction in salary for tenured employee. A senior most manager should handover everything to the upcoming new manager, sometime this caused the failure to recognise the best resource in a team by new manager altimate lead to attrition.
