The work culture was damn good..i totally satisfied with Eclerx..it was a great experience there and the colleague and manager were very supportive and helpful in every day to day activities.

Dislikes

There is no growth and no salary hike there that was the thing no one likes it

I have spent 4 year with eclerx. And I was glad to be work with great brand. This is only company in the tricity where you will get salary on time, awesome work culture, excellent cafeteria, many more. I switched to the other company due to career growth buth still m missing my eclerx day.

Dislikes

Apm's are not professional, no manner how to deal with team members, and not more qualified as they spent 5 to 6 year there and promoted from SA to APM.

Eclerx have good project to work for freshers and learn finance related things.

...h really demotivate to existing staff. They will not get promotion if deserving. Salary hike is also very less. Continually change the process with the reason of cross train hence u cant grow or learn things easily and resulted u get less hike. Can facilitate is also poor they dont have proper trunk points

There’s nothing to like about this company they trap frehsers at such low pay and then they get all thw work done with them . There’s no training planned or scheduled they treat you there like shit.

Dislikes

The office politics is so much they you will get demotivated to another extent. Posting a mere reel can ruin their organisation image so they will be mg you to resign . The back end work is so pathetic there are some process where you only do copy pasting in the name of work . No growth at all , Zero skill development Pls don’t ever join this company.

...ia and spend time reading but they keep music on which is distracting sometimes. Salary is always on time. DLF building also has Table tennis and volleyball.

I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally. I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours. Well this is just a personal opinion for some people Night shift works. night shift becomes a problem on weekends when you awake in Night and you cannot go out.
