Very terrible I was working as a contractor there they did not treat me well. Lead are not supportive at all if you make one mistake they will not tolerate at all they will blame you always

...nt do not care that it's business hours or not they always contact them anytime. Asking to do extra work without paying anything. HR and all management is same. I didn't found anything good even after working of 2.5 years not get prmoted. Only promoting those employee who is good with management not promoting that who is good in all parameters. Salary increment also poor. The HR and management behaviour is so rude and both treat employees like robot. If ask why I did not get promotion this year they will start giving you lame excuses. Poor salary poor management nothing is better. All they need is extra work and asking employee to do this thing it's client requirement however in fact it is not. If they ask suggestions from employee what changes do we need to make and for that points they criticising employee. At the end they realised the employee that only fault is your's and not providing incentives on time. Everything is poor. Worst management worst HR. No work life balance. Not pay overtime on time. Extremely disappointed with this company. Not referring to any one. No financial no professional growth. Worst! Worst! Worst!

The work culture was damn good..i totally satisfied with Eclerx..it was a great experience there and the colleague and manager were very supportive and helpful in every day to day activities.

There is no growth and no salary hike there that was the thing no one likes it

...ia and spend time reading but they keep music on which is distracting sometimes. Salary is always on time. DLF building also has Table tennis and volleyball.

I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally. I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours. Well this is just a personal opinion for some people Night shift works. night shift becomes a problem on weekends when you awake in Night and you cannot go out.

People leaving eclerx after 1-3 years because of low payment. Salary is nothing compared to the market. . Because of that people with least skills are getting jobs here.. and people without long-term personal goals can't do any better with company goals either. They are becoming bad managers and they wouldn't know how to utilise team skills. . There are many learning platforms but we don't have time out of work or in general life to learn them. Sometimes we have to work 16 Hrs a day because of poor management. . Appraisals are nothing but a joke. Just joke! What percentage would matter if you are already getting paid in pennies? I can't say any more. . Overall, don't waste your life and time here. If you really NEED IT, do not stay more than 1.5 to 2 years. After that RUN.
