I have been working as customer executive for 6 months now ,there was some issues with salary in initial period but experience is good as of now

The Hr was rude and salary issue was neglected by management

It’s super comfortable working in eClerx. Work environment here is so chill. If you are a fresher then this company will be amazing to start off your career with. You get to learn a lot. Your promotion totally depends on how you perform.

Dislikes

Salary is okayish!! They really need to increase the base salary for people you are working here for a very long time. They do give promotion but after a lot of hassle.

...s. They were dominant nature insulting in front of freshers. Too hectic to work. Here there pay less & do not care about employees. Managers are very pathetic. Managers don't understand your points and only dominate the employees. There was no logout timing. Only work whether it is 24 hours.

Dislikes

The work environment was not good. Not giving training especially where you were on the team. Managers are least bothered about the training session. Only once time they gave you training if you do not understand the small part. They will not tell you again. They only asked why don't you attention to training.

- Independent to use of any Technology and have the freedom to suggest and implement. - WFH

Dislikes

- No work-life Balance (12-14 Hour work) - Salary is so much underpaid, even other company fresher have a higher salary as compared to Sr. Analyst - Poor Management / No SDLC or any other management tool

...work from home its terrible. Its extended for 12 hrs. So thats what i dont like. Also about the salary, its very low and work is damn high. Good for learning but low salary.
