Only Best for freshers as per training they provide their best.

Work pressure is more , salary is less.If we ask about increments there will be no response. Don't trust too much neither you may loose your valuables

The company is open to innovation. Colleagues very much familiar, that credit goes to the management for created such a comfortable environment.

Compensation is low, and work pressure high sometimes. I do receive 100% accuracy from client audits, but they unnoticed during my appraisal.

At the time of joining they said they will give Work from home after 3 month but they will not provide WFH after 3 months. Project are not stable after every 3-4 month project will change and they move employee to another project.

Bad work environment, bad and worst staff , worst higher management they all are thief they just don't even bother about there employees they just want work for which also they don't want to pay so they can tell some or the other thing and don't even pay u .... Even the persons who are like TL AND MANAGERS they treat users badly and don't even support 🤬 their team also ..PLEASE IF U DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR LIFE PLEASE DONT WORK WITH ECLAT HEALTH SOLUTIONS....U will only loose your mind over there they just do office politics.
