Good for only those who don't want to earn money from job. As salary is delayed for about 2 months almost every time.

Dislikes

Too much salary delays. Everything is needed on urgent basis untill it's developed. And when it's time to deploy those features the CTO said we will do it later and then only 3 out of 10 features were actually launched if you are lucky enough. No teams. Most of the work is solo based.

Noting, Management is terrible. Company policies are fake they promise to give you fix salary and bones after year end but they don't pay salary on time and Bonus to bhul hi jao.

Dislikes

Everything. -Salary Delays -Office Timing according to their need if they have any project, company will pressurize you to work on night too. - No promotion or increments, company only promise to to promote but this will never happen on papers. -Office Culture is terrible. -Career growth is glow. - Company will put you on Unpaid leave whenever they don't have any projects without informing you.

The projects are good. The way of trying to make difference is appreciated. Especially the unnayan and gyanodaya projects.

Dislikes

...never pay you on time. Never reimburse the amount on time. Very selfish company. My 5 months salary is still pending. Its common for all the employees.
