Company gives good salary for my living standards, work culture very good, Company teach me how to lead the team or manage the work.

Dislikes

I have hired on contract and company increase the contract period only six months basis so the mind set is not smooth that after six month contract will increase or not.

The work culture was good. They give attractive salary but job security is average and compantions benefits was good. Due to covid-19 pandemic they was relive the all technician's.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary was good but job security is not sure.

Its a contract job, the salary over there is nice but the amount of risk taking is high because you will be responsible for big tasks. But HR department is poor and they don't even supply the needs of Employees over there.

There is quite good interaction with higher officer and clearing our doubts when we gets some problems. I'm happy to be part in all departments because I was worked in other departments.

... compares to others. There was no job security nd career growth in our company. Salary was quite good nd work environment was quite good.

Salary is good and company is under MOD. Work culture is good. Salary mandate as per government policy. There is very less pension.

Dislikes

Politics and favoritism of the employee specially in south employees and north employees.
