Good work invironment and culture.The management is transparent.company pilicies are good,appraisals are fair and give bonus every year.

Dislikes

...any policies are good, there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Likes

The work culture was good. They give attractive salary but job security is average and compantions benefits was good. Due to covid-19 pandemic they was relive the all technician's.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary was good but job security is not sure.

Salary is good and company is under MOD. Work culture is good. Salary mandate as per government policy. There is very less pension.

good projects, alternate saturdays holidays, no calls after office hours

Dislikes

only salary with no extra perks like other PSUs, no mobile phone allowed,poor medical benifits,poor township most employees staying outside, canteen food
