I have been facing several significant issues with this company. Firstly, there have been repeated delays in salary payments, which have created financial stress. Moreover, the company withheld my salary for 18 days when I was on medical leave, despite providing all necessary documentation.The work environment is also problematic, with excessive internal politics and mind games that hinder productivity and create a stressful atmosphere. These issues need to be addressed promptly to ensure a fair and supportive workplace for all employees.
