Other than learning and having fun everything else is terrible, commission based pay,no allowances,Pyramid structure and no remediation for your financial issues.

Using freshers with mind programming, Don't fall into a trap, You don't have any fixed salary all you get is commission for the sale you have done

They are fully trained to manipulate people and using them for to do sales to fill their pockets not yours, And you have to train freshers on field with your own expenses... at the end of the day if no one bought anything from you, you are zero

No guranteed pay, its perfomance based, And when it comes to sales they dont have strong products so sales performance based salary is too risky Basically a pyramid scheme and scam, I interviewed and got selection but I didn’t join and there was no call back also… meaning they don’t care enough about their hiring to put effort on it. They say brand ambassador but its basically a salesmen job you have to go shop to shop and sell products for cut rate commission like 23%, if you sell you earn, if you don’t then you starve

Absolutely nothing! This job is literally a scam they manipulate people by telling them it’s a brand ambassador job which literally is a glorified title for a salesman you need to go from store to store to sell the products and will have to travel to different states as well.

There’s no fixed pay , the pay is literally performance basis and it’s weekly.Hence, they’ll only pay you if you make good sales otherwise you’ll be left with nothing

Can learn so many things from the company..But the work we do and the salary which is based upon performance doesn't have any match.
