Absolutely no pressure by department, fully friendly department, HOD supportive and the best part is company timing and this flexible shift. Also facility given to the staff members is also great. Best company to work for maintenance engineer.

In pandemic situation Echjay Forging step up for workers safety. Like thermal screenings, mask provides, sanitizer at every places. Echjay takes responsibility to every vehicle for loading-unloading satize before and After Loading . We will making social distancing at conferences hall , working Areas, canteens,etc. Overall I fill fully safe in COVID19 pandemic situation in ours factory. Thank you. GAURAV VILAS TATKARE.

The work pressure is very high,here growth is slow, important working not given to me from senior level it means GST related,tax related so my knowledge growth is very average.day to day same working no other activities. Work load extra but pay scale limited.
