Everything. Just two people run the show and as long as you agree to whatever they say and do just like they want it, you are fine. Bad project planning, always extra hours, always hurried short cut work.

I have been worked with Echidna almost 2 years and I like company culture. All are very supportive people and huge learning opportunities available that is how people learn and grow.

Dislikes

People’s are supportive no doubt at all but i felt favouritism is there I could be wrong this is good or not. But overall I would recommend if people’s who really wants to learn and grow together with echidna!!

Good work culture. Good work life balance. Management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Less appreciation for talent and more importance is given to hierarchy. Senior management appreciate authoritative style management style instead of collaborative and cooperative style.

Startup culture, can make good friends, free food

Dislikes

No job security very often revising mission and vision so they end of firing set of employees every now and then, Poor managerial skills from managers, work area is filthy and unhygienic.

Dislikes

Management rely on old people which stops company's growth as well as new joiner get disappointed. As it's fast growing organisation and management is active they should take care of new joiners .And stop giving preference to stupids.
