Work Life balance is very good, never ask to stretch the shift - fixed working hours I earn good amount of incentives every month from this company. Seniors are very co-operative, in my emergencies they gave me WFH also. so its a best consultancy to work with.

I do not see anything negative here, being a married person...my priority is work life balance which I get here.

Good company, best consultancy in haldwani they don't charge anything from candidates incentive policy is good very experienced bosses

as they work for premium cloients like HDFC, ICICI etc, recruiters have to follow a strict calender, but honestly, recruitment works like this.

To be honest I really don't like anything about this consultancy. I'll rate 1 out of 5 . I could have given 0 rating but unfortunately 0 is not present.

Everything is kind of dislike. No work life balance No appraisal Growth percentage 0% Ac doesn't work properly Very small area No leaves are given until its very urgent. Pathetic incentive policy which is unachievable! Doesn't know how to speak properly with their employees. Treat employees like a slave Don't even give a single minute to take rest. Very very toxic environment Non friendly colleagues Most importantly they hire Hr recruiter in every 2 - 3 months. PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS CONSULTANCY. OR ELSE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE AAF TERWARDS .
