Dislikes

1.No appreciation for work 2.CEO doesn't take accountability, he put all blame on employees 3. No support from top management, no one knows anything about product.

Likes : CEO Vision, Trust, Humbleness and Values Best CEO with whom I have worked till date.

Dislikes

Dislikes : HR Policy, Appraisal Policy, Work Culture at Dev Center, Work Planning and Allocation. Suggestion: 1. Need to use planning tools as per industry standards. 2.Team coordination btw PM and Dev Head can be better. 3. No Blame Game, Team should work focused to achieve Target. 4. Loyalty in work by Seniors, Dev Head at Dev Center. 5. New tech should be learnt by Dev Heads and all individual to deliver cutting edge solution to customer.

There is nothing to like in this company. Top management still believes it as a start-up but do not see the fact the company has spent 20 years. Still nowhere in the market. Must shut down.

There are no appraisal - Salary does not get credited on time - delayed for undefined time. No Innovation.

Worst management I have ever worked with .PF is deducted (as per salary slip)but they haven't deposited into of account. Even after 1yr of leaving company they are not able to provide proper PF account no. No job security. They don't trust their staff. there is always discrimination among Mumbai branch and Surat branch.
