As this is a consultancy, it is stick with it's policy, "BODY SHOPPING".

Dislikes

No, career enhancement, you will feel like "use and throw" object for them. HRs are very sweet and friendly when you are about to hire, but after hiring, any person of E-Centric don't know, who are you. Simply worst company I ever know! Don't go for it!
