Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I recently went through an interview process with ECE. After multiple rounds of interviews, I was informed that I had cleared all stages and was awaiting the final decision. However, to my surprise, the company later told me that my application was being rejected due to a lack of vaccination, which was never mentioned as a requirement during the entire hiring process. I feel that this was an unprofessional and misleading experience. If vaccination was a mandatory criterion, it should have been communicated clearly at the very beginning, rather than using it as a reason to reject my application at the final stage. This incident has left me with a negative impression of the company’s hiring practices, and I would advise other candidates to be cautious and ensure they have all the necessary information upfront😡😔
