According to me if you come to find out the dislikes there's always something faulty but here there's nothing as such major it is a good company to start the career and for growth.

It feels so good to be a part of such a good organization. People here are genuine, kind and supportive.

There is always a room for improvement if I must say the things are nice its just the salary structure needs to be improved.

Great company and amazing people always looking forward to improve. Managers are helpful , motivating and feel like they really have their teams best interest in mind. Good working environment . Fridays are amzing with wonderful games and activities.

Can learn many things but on our own. No training is given.

Dislikes

Hectic work. Micromanagement, no leaves, extra working hrs daily, sometimes weekend working, no bonus or proper hike, bad team leader and manager who do not know team management, HRs are just time pass as they don't check whether policies are followed by TLs and Managers.

It helps to boost my confidence level in achieving greater accomplishments as I get the opportunity to try and experience new things in an open work environment.

Salary is decent, hope can be revised based on an individual's attributions in their particular field of work
