...ed the company asking for a copy of the bond to review its terms and conditions. Additionally, I sought to discuss the salary details. Despite my request, I have yet to receive a response. This delay is causing uncertainty and affecting my decision-making process.

Fixed sat-sun off. Timely salary. Fun activities. Flexible timing.

Dislikes

No skill development. Poor training. No learning just data entry type work. A lot of workload. Do as-directed work. 2 years of bond.

Team leaders behave like they are boss..no internal promotions.. politics politics and politics in all department...link (off apge) team head behave like god...she literally harass all people many harraent cases agains her but boss ignore this...she only give increament like 400 500 1000 to good emplyees bcz they answer back her or develop skills.

all deparment managers are very nice and friendly but don't like link department head, she is like jailer no one can complaints against her. she torcher whole team. many harassment complaints and legal complaints against her but still she is working with company my many friends working under her team and they literally crying. they got increment like 500, 1000, 1500rs and if anyone answer her back there increment will hold for 6 month and she said the person is non performer. she has not allow any one to internally promotions. No one can question her about

...de of the boss gets to work and others are burdened without any way to complain. Wages are minimum without PF or any other benefits and that to are not paid on time.
