It is a start up, nice place to work without payment.the management is poor, they salary is also irregular. And the company got closed without paying their employees.

Yes I like company's work culture mostly. Because free minded work we can do and yes all staff and colleagues are very humble and always ready to help wherever I stuck. All management staff also very kind and best staff can I get.

The company works on a religious bias system and does not appreciate the inputs provided by junior or new employees. The whole system favours old employees and personal biases even if they are against the company's progress

I like the management of conducting things.

Dislikes

They do not care about their employees and management do a lot of politics. They undervalue their employees and do no care how their employees are being treated in their team. Team members also play politics and unhealthy competition. Overall you will get to learn a lot here but in coast of your mental peace.
