There's nothing, literally nothing likeable about this company.

...u are on leave regular calls will be made to you asking when will you return. And for the salary they'll cut your salary every moment unnecessarily and when you follow up with the HR asking why has been salary cut they'll give you wrong reasons and reimburse in the next month. They pay less already and in that too they'll make sure full salary is not given to you. The seniors will sit and scroll reels for the whole day but the moment any junior picks up his phone they are told you will be kicked out of the office. Any person would prefer sitting at home rather working here.

...utes extra after completion of 10 working hours,they will pay you Rs. 100 only. Not just these, they have a policy of 8% deduction from salary which they pay you back after completion of 15 months, and they will pay only 4-5% only out of 8% and not just these they will not pay any interest nothing, even if you exit the company before 15 months they will digest your 8%. These company is like Star plus serial - top management have 3 persons - All are relatives and making fools to employees and their clients. Please take review from there ex employees..not single person suggest you to join

I am working here at Ebizfiling for 2+ years. There are definitely chances of growth if you stay at-least for a year. We have very friendly work environment. All the Colleagues, Seniors, TLs even the Management is very supportive. As there are numerous services that Ebizfiling is providing, there is always a room for learning & growing your knowledge. They push you & motivates you to achieve your goals Either it is related to personal or professional. We have fixed working hours beyond that there are no compulsion to sit and work. We have extra curricular activities on Saturdays, we have outings as well with the team. Working at Ebizfiling is the enjoyable experience.

Its work culture, no demands for extended working hours in regular and any holiday working/extended hours compensated with OT bonus, lunch/dinner at co cost and comp off.

Dislikes

As such nothing in specific but since everything comes with its + and -, due to live environment, we dont have saturday off but then they compensate the same with paid leaves which are higher than startup market and have been introduced considering that saturday off is not possible in live environment.
