...ement Rubbish Management peoples They only think about own company not employee Recently project ended from Gurgaon they fired 70+ employees from there project without any extra month salary else notice period was 3 months, they dont have much projects , dont join.

Now this present Scenario pandamic Situation can't measure to accurate salary hike/appraisal, but we affix with the company

The company did not give any support to us during lock down period they did not pay us during lockdown when we fighting with their daily life expenses room rents and many more things they did gave a single rupee to survive in this pandemic. it was a worse experience with ebixcash.

There is no increment of salary and position you still at same point even you work 5 year for this company.

Great culture and Teammates, Seniors including HR are really supportive.

I don't have any issues with my organisation. Due to this covid I'm on leave without pay hence this period is going to really hard to me and my family but this situation is for the whole world and I understand.

Good in work timmings and no work load good salary balancing correct time salary work culture management over all it was a good working experience with my colleagues good hike in salaries etc.

Dislikes

Lots of politics and not caring our issues in the management's and career growth is slow.
