Nothing good in this company. Management is horrible and most importantly they give employees salary very late.

I have 6 months of working experience with ebix and very bad experience with them. Dislikes everything of this company.

My likeness towards the company is I got many things to learn from this organization

I dislike it because salary is too less for the process then expected . there is no rise is salary as how much you get old in that process and the salary is fixed that is why many people don't stay in this organization they get abscond from the company the main problem is salary .

Company policies are Good appraisals are fair and they not given salary hike and bonus every year... team-mates are supportive and management is transparent.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.

Worst company i had ever met.onetime salary never credit no promotion no increment in salary no proper timings for job 12 hours of shift low salary pathetic environment and huge work pressure and also nepotism ask for weekend working over all bad experience

Every time system problem I am not satisfied with salary cycle I am not at all satisfied with week offs I giving my 6day and also I have to beg work for week off I did not taken any unplanned leave and also they did not agree for any week off
