Such a worst company ever i have worked with. No appraisal from last 3 years before this after 2 years appraisal done whether half salary was deducted upto 1.5 years. Only khoon chusao company manager se laker HR tak sab waise hi.

No work life balance. NO APPRAISAL FROM LAST 3 YEARS WHTHER NEW JOINIS HAVE MORE SALARY THAN EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES. Kaam k aap purane ho aapko karna padega agar salary appraisal ki baat kr li tab to aur kaam chahiye. Worst company employee pe dhyan nahi deti company sirf apne nawabi thath chahiye.

They want to hire people in low salary and they did not want to give appraisal to employees. Even your offer letter has written that you can buyout if you don't want to serve the notice period they will force you to serve notice period.

...and your team. Rest of the people cannot bother you. So can't comment on this. Financial benifits are limited outside of your salary. Even health insurance does not cover parents. Only you, your spouse and two children will be covered. Infrastructure is quite impressive but without a good interior lighting. I find that very irritating. HR department is not independent! And they do not work in welfare of employees. Instead they truly work for the employer only. Which defeats the whole purpose of having HR department. Senior management run the company without having a second thought about hard working employees. They mostly work on legacy project and use very old technology. There will be higher chances to align you in support if you have less than 2 years experience. Last but not the least, just focus on your work and keep skilling up yourself. Job security is a myth always except the unexpected! Work on yourself! All the best!!

Toxic managers, Toxic HR department. And this makes the company. You'll find they have egos higher than the Mount Everest. Some managers and HR people are truly people manager but rest are bosses.

...ut employees. Worst is basic Mediclaim insurance is not provided to employees. Employees are in Furlough with NO SALARY Since april 2020 and till date i,e 8th April 2021. HR doesnt respond to employee emails and neither the management. They claim to be building 6000 houses towards charity in delhi in every show they appear but employees are unpaid since last 01 full year.

Nice office, retirement job, just don't take leaves. They treat performers and non-performers on the same scale, equal or no appraisals for all.

...lients. Only focus is self growth at the cost of employees, vendors and clients. Cost cutting to the extent that they do not swtich on ac's in summers, no food/no insurances to employees. Appraisals will NEVER come before 2-3 years on average
