Its a good place to learn and grow your skills but not a good place to work for a long time as management will keep on increasing pressure day by day. The more complex work you do the work and pressure you tend face. A good company for someone who want to start a career in architecture but not cannot stay for long.

...se expectation on you and push you to towards complicated work without training. Only expectation increases but not salary, that is the most funniest and irritating one.
