Nothing much / can get promotion if we perform outstanding for 1 year

Everything/ low salary / HR is the worst y have to go around 1000 times to get something like appraisal letter/ offer letter everytime they will say they forgot such a disappointment // politics is very high / some senior employee is still there after getting so much complaint regarding his behavior towards girls //worst management// we are not getting government holidays because management is scared to ask for holiday to the clients

Low salary Worst HR manager shashidhar pls change him we are not able convey in company Lots of internal politicals while giving bonus and salary We need to bucket PM and higher authority

Salary credit procedures are poor. They will not give salary on first week if we take leave with or without permission.They postponed the salary dates up to 15th of the month.

Friendly Environment and everday is a different pleasant environment, support and helping management. This are this things I like about eben telecom.

I didn't faced any negative vibes, but no increment in salary and no growth.

The salary was impressive, that's it.

Hard work and Talent goes unnoticed, only sweet talking to senior will give you any growth in this company, The company is not at all employee friendly, does not recognise any festival other then Christmas. One can't even set up his/her desk as per there comfort.
