...ple who always say yes to bosses and don't even object if the decision is wrong. The salary structure is way unbalanced. A 24 year experience guy has a package of 24 LPA and a 14 year exp guy with zero knowledge of the product and zero idea about process has a package of 60 LPA. Why? Because he is in the known circle of HR from the past company. HR is really involved in too much corruption.

Management will hear to all employee problems and also will pay attention and give solution if they face any difficulties in work. Management will also hear Employees new initiative and will try to implement the same in business.

Everything, they treat workers like labourers. Deserving people don’t get promoted/good salary/ appreciation. HR is worst no knowledge but has to give opinion for business/work. Doesn’t know how to talk to pple. Yes men get good salary and respectable position than others.
