A lot of involvement by HR into business functions without having any knowledge about the business. Favour to people who always say yes to bosses and don't even object if the decision is wrong. The salary structure is way unbalanced. A 24 year experience guy has a package of 24 LPA and a 14 year exp guy with zero knowledge of the product and zero idea about process has a package of 60 LPA.
