Overall good work environment. Team members are always supportive and encouraging.

The exit process is very poor and not gives actual reimbursements despite of serving proper notice period & handover all the requisites.

It's good if you want confirt zone in working. I worked there 2.8 years.

But if you need more learning and growth there are very less opportunities. Less motivation in working culture. No learning . Very less opportunities. No support to enhance your skills. Although no one see , you are working or not.

COMPANY WORKING ENVIRONMENT IS OKAY OKAY BUT YOU CANNOT EXPLORE YOUR CAREER MORE HERE AT THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DID NOT HAVE ANY DESIRE IN FUTURE GROWTH THIS IS THE RIGHT COMPANY FOR YOU.

The main problem in this company -company is not capable to choose right higher management. When your hierarchy is not right then you cannot improve your sales your skill and all.

I have not seen and worked with such an unethical and selfish people before, before I joined they didn't even knew what the hell they were doing and as soon they learnt enough from us, they made us leave their company, so anyone who is looking for a job be very cautious.

Dislikes

They find every way to gobble money from their own staff, distributors and even dealers, so I suggest to stay away and look for better options
