Middle management, people managers are very non technical people. Does not understand IT processes. Needs an improvement by recruiting technical people managers

It's a very process driven organisation putting lot of emphasis on How you achieve. What you achieve is of course measured by everyone. If you perform and work hard along with acquiring knowledge of Eaton processes or way of working, you can jump the ladder faster than others.

Career growth is slow and compensation is average.

Great management and Leadership. Excellent focus on work life balance and job security. Great culture for women especially if this is ur second chance at a corporate

Salary much lower than market value. No/ minimal growth opportunities

Office Politics, Management tries to sell things to leaders which are not feasible, favoratism, senior people draw high salary but responsiblity lies with junior to get work done, management tries to avoid getting layoff by hook and crook even though they don't contribute to any value addition

Worst Management. Ethics is for name sake. cant raise questions. your life will be on the mercy of manager.. escalation wont work. only way to survive is not work you do, you need to satisfy the managers ego.
