Office Politics, Management tries to sell things to leaders which are not feasible, favoratism, senior people draw high salary but responsiblity lies with junior to get work done, management tries to avoid getting layoff by hook and crook even though they don't contribute to any value addition

Worst Management. Ethics is for name sake. cant raise questions. your life will be on the mercy of manager.. escalation wont work. only way to survive is not work you do, you need to satisfy the managers ego.

Salary structure is good. No bonus or year end performance pay. you will get more in hand which is good. Culture is really good. Lot of apportunity & support for higher studies and any kind of learning.vbus facility for pickup & drop

Lot of work hence no work- life balance Slow growth for lateral hires & no promotion. Canteen food is very expensive & toxic for health. More preference and fast promotion to women employee as compared to male.

Like collage opens 8 AM and ends at 5PM. Food provided. Company transport No Extra works

Dislikes

Low salary, no value to Scrum Master, no promotion. Leadership Don't promote Agile mindset. Scrum Master are not empowers, low salaried and no value to their work. Company still have waterfall mindset. No coffee machine or complementary snacks, no parties.
