1. Salary remuneration policy is worst 2. They provide your 20% of salary after 18 months and too while keeping 2% of it in order to make you stay here.

Dislikes

Salary deduction, salary not comming time, deferment of salary. If you do WFH 10% salary cut if you do hybrid 5% salary cut, no benefit of leaves etc

1. You will have to work any time. (Week off also) 2. Higher management will never listen to ground level employees. 3. Ground level employees will get very less benefits with respect to others. 4. Inner politics are also there. 5. No appraisal on given time. 6. No growth Or opportunity of position hike even of you are eligible Or a long time employee. 7. No holiday for ground level employees.

Good for entry-level and mid-seniority level employment. Moderate work-life balance although it is department-specific. Optimal exposure to inter-organization project handling with contributions from other teams. Very friendly colleagues to have around.

...rity is questionable and mass termination during lockdown will answer that best. They are notorious in terms of salary and other compensations. Your work contribution will not get noticed by higher management if you cannot brag about them loudly in discussion sessions and chains of emails. Not suitable for a long-term career if care about learning. P.S. Do not even think of an Analytics or a Data Science career in this organization.
