work pressure is very high, most of the day you will be working 14-18 hours, Work environment is toxic, no life only work, no any proper training program for new joiner, poor management by top manager, no defined process.

I have been thinking since 10 minutes but nothing strikes to my mind... Finally got one they won't fire you right away they will ask to resign and if you ask proper reason they will fire you...

Almost everything, lack of understanding & abundance of politics in management, pathetic work culture, extended working hours (day & night including weekends), irresponsible architects and CTO, blame game, no salary benefit, revenge culture if you do not nod whatever management say.
