No work life balance. No support from seniors. North region is Pathetic. I am sure both RM and CM are survive due to some good PR with upper management other wise both have done full effort to close all stores nit visiting stores and CM ashish is sitting always at home to take care of his baby so that his wife can go office and same time wanted everything from store even the staff on leave.

As in the landmark group the company culture and environment is good

Overall team has changed including the functional heads and the complete environment is changed and work culture and managing employees is worst

Sr management of North is worst they put entire failure on stores and SM and throw you out of company. Without giving justification Ashish dubey with help of HR thrown me out. He himself is a biggest looser none of his store is performing even though he is sitting on same place from last 10 years. He has too much of his person al commitment which is hampered stores and putting blames on SM and team.
