The company pays average market standard salary. Workplace environment is good. Enough facilities are present including washrooms, cafeteria, ventilated cabins and 24hr electricity and internet.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. The founders believe employing someone for managerial position is a waste. They agree with the timelines given by employees for specific tasks but don't abide by them, often taking decisions behind their backs which may end up with severe work backlash. They often make extravagant purchases without planning beforehand and later make decisions pertaining to cost cutting and downsizing. The jobs are not at all secure. While starting they'll say that work timings are flexible but later it will be frowned upon often leading to daily wage cuts or being reported to manager which CEO most of the time. In the engineering team they don't have anyone for QA despite emphasizing the need repeatedly. They may spend money on outsourcing remote teams but may disband the project in the middle. the founders themselves are not clear about the vision of the company and have pivoted their goals several times during an year.
